On behalf of Fairmount Fire Company and the Fairmount Fire Auxiliary, we would like to thank everyone who stopped by our Coin Toss Fundraiser on Saturday, and to those who attended our Charcuterie Board Class Saturday night. With that being said, let’s roll into our next fundraising event. The Auxiliary’s Annual Thanksgiving Pie Sale is open. Have you ever thought about becoming a volunteer firefighter or EMT? Now’s your chance to learn more and get involved in serving your community!
The Fairmount Fire Company, Long Valley Fire Company No.1, Long Valley NJ, Schooley's Mountain Fire Co.3, and the Long Valley First Aid Squad are hosting a Volunteer Recruitment Open House on Saturday, October 18th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Stop by anytime during those hours to meet local volunteer firefighters and EMTs, check out fire and rescue equipment, learn how you can join the team, and enjoy light refreshments
No experience is necessary — all training is provided! Membership opportunities are available for anyone 16 years or older who wants to make a difference.

What a week! We started #FirePreventionWeek with our friends at Old Farmers Road School on Tuesday. We spent Friday morning at Tewksbury Schools NJ and capped it off by hosting Long Valley Cub Scout Pack 136. We hope all the kids had fun!
Do you have elementary age kids interested in scouting? Come join us as we host Long Valley Cub Scout Pack 136 for National Fire Prevention week alongside Long Valley First Aid Squad and Washington Township Police Department.
